While we are always happy to speak with you on the phone, we ask that you send in any event changes or cancellations via email so that we can keep an accurate paper trail of all requests and modifications.
Staff Lists and Event Information
We send out staff lists by end of business day the day before an event, and also ask that you send in any information you may have for our supervisors (eg. menu, rentals, layout of space etc – whatever you have amassed for the event) the day prior to your event if at all possible.
